By entering your payment details, selecting your tier, and clicking ‘Subscribe’ on our portal, you agree to enroll in an ongoing membership subscription and become an official member of The Golf Lounge.
By enrolling, you enter into a binding agreement to receive member benefits, billed monthly or annually, subject to these terms and conditions. Your membership subscription is strictly for use by the named individual account holder and is completely non-transferable. In the case of corporate or family membership packages, benefits are strictly applicable only to the specific authorized users or immediate relatives registered under that account profile.
You agree to pay the recurring membership subscription fee associated with your selected tier.
Credit/Debit Card: Fees will be automatically charged and billed to your nominated credit or debit card on your recurring billing date.
Bank Transfers / Invoicing: If explicitly arranged for corporate tiers, you agree to pay the amount invoiced in full before the stated invoice due date.
Processing Fees: There may be minor transaction or processing fees added by our payment processor. You agree to cover these merchant transaction processing costs as made transparent at setup.
If an automatic subscription payment fails to successfully process (due to card expiry, frozen accounts, or insufficient funds), your membership profile will be automatically paused. You will lose access to member booking discounts, priority access, and venue benefits until the outstanding balance is successfully resolved.
At the end of your billing period (monthly or annual cycle), your membership subscription will automatically renew for an identical period unless you cancel your membership.
You can easily cancel your membership at any time directly through your website account portal, or by emailing a cancellation request to our team. Your membership and benefits will continue to remain active until the final day of your current paid-up billing cycle, at which point it will lapse. We do not offer partial or full refunds of membership fees if you fail to utilize your booking hours or choose to terminate early mid-cycle.
The Golf Lounge reserves the right to terminate your membership subscription immediately, without refund, by giving you notice in writing or via email if we reasonably believe you have seriously breached an important term of this contract, including:
Breaching safety regulations, hitting rules, or staff directions.
Carrying out any illegal, offensive, or intentionally unsafe activity on the premises.
Allowing non-members to falsely use your secure credentials to claim member-only booking rates.
If we terminate your membership due to a serious behavioral or contract breach, we remain legally entitled to recover our financial costs and property losses under this contract.
The Golf Lounge will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any material changes to membership pricing or benefits. Continued usage of your membership subscription following the publication of any structural changes to the terms on our website confirms your active acceptance of those changes.
Memberships are provided for personal recreational use only. Members must not use their membership for any commercial purpose or commercial benefit, including but not limited to coaching, paid instruction, business promotions, corporate entertainment, resale of booking access, or any other activity intended to generate income or commercial advantage, unless expressly approved in writing by The Golf Lounge.
Members may bring up to three guests per visit.
All guests must comply with The Golf Lounge’s venue rules, safety requirements, staff directions, and any applicable booking conditions while on the premises. The member is responsible for the conduct of their guests during the visit.
Members must be present and actively playing for any booking made under their membership account.
A member must not make bookings under their membership for use by other people if the member will not be present and participating in that booking.
The foundational membership structure will be available for three months at foundational pricing.
All foundational membership entitlements will remain valid until 31 December 2026, provided the member maintains an active and fully paid membership and continues to comply with these terms and conditions.
Platinum members receive unlimited bay hire, subject to availability and a fair use policy.
The fair use policy will apply at the discretion of The Golf Lounge management. Management may apply reasonable limits or booking controls where usage is considered excessive, unreasonable, disruptive to other members, or inconsistent with the intended use of the membership.
